Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
PWSA is requesting bids for installation of green infrastructure features along Thomas Blvd, McPherson Blvd, N. Dallas Ave., N. Linden Ave., and Starling Way as well as waterline and lead water service line replacement along McPherson Blvd and N. Linden Ave. Green infrastructure features to be installed include median underground storage (Thomas and McPherson Blvds), roadway underground storage (N. Dallas Ave.), parking lane permeable pavers (N. Linden Ave.), and green alleyway permeable pavers (Starling Way). Dimensions for each GSI feature are indicated on the plan drawings. Work includes installation of new catch basins, sewer manholes, and connecting piping as indicated on the plan drawings. Work includes resetting of fire hydrants along McPherson Blvd and connection of new service connections to the new waterline. Work also includes full restoration of construction areas, including restoration of roadways and curbs where saw cutting and/or pavement removal is required for construction.
