The Central Arizona Water Conservation (CAWCD) desires to enter into a contract with an engineering firm to complete a Design Concept Report (DCR) and study of the Waddell pump/generators to evaluate the existing low head generation scenario at the Waddell Pumping Plant and methods to improve the operating range. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents must be directed to Maria Cerda (623) 869-2490 or by email to mcerda@capaz.com. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by CAWCD will be delivered prior to the due date to all parties that have obtained or downloaded Contract Documents directly from CAWCD. Entities that have obtained Contract Documents from other sources are responsible for obtaining any addenda or updates The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
