The CONSULTANT and all required subconsultants will attend project coordination meetings, conduct site visits, provide construction support services, complete construction close-out procedures, and perform tasks as needed for a complete and usable design including drawings, specifications, and cost estimate packages for all design packages, and "issued for construction" documents that shall meet PORT standards and Rules for Airport Construction. The PORT invites written proposals from qualified firms, or teams of firms, interested in providing Airline Realignment Design Services. The PORT intends on issuing one (1) project-specific contract as a result of this solicitation.
