Site work for a water / sewer project in Tinton Falls, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Removal of Underground Storage Tanks and Installation of Oil/water Separator at the Monmouth County Reclamation Center in Tinton Falls, New Jersey Substantial Completion of the Contract shall be achieved not later than 120 calendar days after notice to proceed. LIQUIDATED DAMAGES (not a penalty) shall be assessed at the rate of $400 for each and every calendar day that completion of the Work overruns the CONTRACT TIME. At the time of Final Completion, the Contractor shall enter into a Maintenance Bond with a Surety Company in the sum equal to (a) ten (10%) percent of final Contract amount if such amount be $75,000 or more; (b) thirty (30%) percent of the final Contract amount if such amount is greater than $25,000, but less than $75,000, and (c) fifty (50%) percent of the final Contract amount if such amount is $25,000 or less.
