Furnish Well and Pumping System Maintenance Services for the Monmouth County Division of Reclamation Center and Monmouth County Howell Landfill Bids must be accompanied by an original consent of surety in which the surety company agrees to post a Contract Bond or, if permitted in the General Conditions, a Performance Bond only, for 100% of the contract amount, if the contract is awarded to its principal. A further guaranty (surety) accompanying all bids shall be given in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, but not in excess of twenty thousand dollars ($20,000.00) made payable to the Treasurer of the County of Monmouth and shall be given in the form of a Certified Check, Cashiers Check or original Bid Bond from a reputable insurance company. THIS 10% GUARANTY IS MANDATORY The County may terminate the contract whenever the amount incurred under the contract exceeds the maximum number of units. The County of Monmouth reserves the right to reject any or all bids in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
