The Piedmont Triad Airport Authority will receive proposals in response to its Request for Proposals (RFP) for the Multi-Space Parking Meter ("MSM"), Mobile License Plate Recognition ("MLPR"), and Citation Management System ("CMS"). Proposals received after that date and time will not be accepted. Following submission, proposals will be evaluated by the Authority to determine the best overall proposal in accordance with the evaluation criteria in the RFP. The project may generally be described as the furnishing and installation of a fully integrated on-line, real-time parking payment and enforcement system for use in the short-term parking lot at the Piedmont Triad International Airport (the "Airport").
