The furnishing of all labor and materials to perform the Work in conjunction with the construction of: Replace HVAC Controls and Roof Fredric W. Watson Elementary School MPID #14444, PWP CL-2021-254 The scope of work incudes construction to replace the exhaust fans, package roof top unit for electrical room, boiler and associated pumps in kind, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning controls in kind, chiller and associated pumps in kind, chemical water treatment systems, air handling unit and ductwork insulation where damaged. Provide ductless fan coil unit at kitchen, split units at multipurpose, and emergency shower in central plant yard. Shelter in place modifications; ductwork cleaning; recover roof; air vents on chilled/heating water piping; chilled/heating water filtration; main shut off valves for chilled/heating water systems; fire/smoke damper inspection. Refurbish and recommission existing domestic water heaters. Prequalified Bidders shall have a Nevada Contractor's License with the Classification of AB, B, B2.
