Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Green Cove Springs, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
The City is soliciting proposals for renovation of a portion of the Augusta Savage Art and Community Center Classroom Building located 1107 Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd. in Green Cove Springs, Florida. Design/Build Firm to perform design, permitting, and construction of renovation improvements to approximately 3,600 square feet of classroom and office space and approximately 600 square feet of restrooms. No bid bonds are required for this bid invitation. Anticipated Award Date(Currently the June 1, 2021 Council Meeting) Bidders agree by signing and delivering abid proposal to the acceptance of all terms, conditions,and specifications of the bid package.Bids are valid for a period of 60calendar days after date of opening. The Owner reserves the right to reject all proposals, to reject any single proposal failing to complywith the terms and conditions of the bid'sforms, and to waive irregularities and informalities.No bid shall be considered that fails to comply with the conditions, terms, or minimum specifications as stated in the bid forms or procedures for submittal of bids as authorized in the official advertisement notice and/or other documents pertaining to the bid as authorized by the City.
