Design Engineering Firms and Enterprises For Tish Non Restorative Center Project Phase I The Bear River Band of the Rohnerville Rancheria hereby requests proposals from qualified architecture and engineering firms and enterprises for an initial site assessment, design, engineering and services required to develop Tish Non Restorative Center Project Phase I, a government agency development of approximately 13,000 square feet. The building will house the Bear River Police Department, Bear River Band Tribal Court, and Bear River Social Services Department. The primary site is approximately 0.75 acres on Keisner Road, Loleta, CA, and there are alternative sites determined. All engineering work is subject to independent licensed engineer review. Bear River Band has no pre-existing engineering service arrangements that influence the selection under this offering. Selections will be made by a competitive process. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
