Renovation of an educational facility in Mesa, Arizona. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
This project consists of the complete removal and replacement of the existing roof system on buildings 1002, 1006-1019 and 1030. Questions shall be submitted through online no later than Wednesday, April 28, 2021 at 10:00 am. All questions will be addressed in the Questions and Answers Tab and posted on online Tuesday, May 4, 2021@ 10:00 am. This project will be completed within 16 weeks from the time of construction start date. Contractors shall note that the work must be completed and a Certificate of Final Completion issued within 16 weeks from the construction start date. Failure to do so will result in liquidated damages. Issuance of Final Addendum Tuesday, May 4, 2021 SFB Approval June, 2021 Date subject to change Final Approval by Governing Board June, 2021 (Date subject to change) Start Construction After receipt of purchase order Liquidated Damages 18 weeks after Start of Construction District reserves the right to cancel, or suspend the use of, any Contract if Contractor files for bankruptcy protection, or is acquired by an independent third party.
