Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Port Clinton, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Port Clinton is requesting qualifications to provide construction management services for the OTT- Waterfront Walkway project Phase 1. The project consists of a proposed promenade along the East Shore of the Portage River with a project length of approximately 1300 feet from the Jetty at Waterworks Park South to the Bootleggers pier. Plans include a proposed seawall with a 12-ft walkway on top including signage, and ADA ramps and features, post construction BMPS and Drainage. The Successful firm must be ODOT prequalified for the services listed below and must have a history of successfully completed projects of similar nature and complexity. 1. Instructions for Preparing and Submitting Letter of Interest is available at website 2. Inspection experience in road/sidewalk construction projects 3. Specific experience on coastal projects that have an in depth understanding of Federal regulations (USACE) 4. Sheet pile construction 5. Lighting and electrical experience 6. Concrete testing 7. Management of ODOT funded projects. Plans include a proposed seawall with a 12-foot walkway on top of the seawall including signage, ADA ramps and features, post-construction BMPS and drainage, all of which will be part of a single general contract bid. The project shall be bid to include all labor and materials required to complete the work as indicated on the Construction Drawings.
