The project consists of carrying out all work in accordance with the contract documents. Without limitation, the scope of work includes the repair of the waterproofing of the roof, the replacement of the flashing, roof accessories, hatches and junction boxes (evacuation), the addition of antenna bases, mechanical work, intervention on the exhaust ducts and cleaning of the dryer exhaust ducts from the roof. The work will be carried out in two (2) buildings of four (4) dwellings on three (3) floors, intended for families, built in 1973. The structure of the buildings is of a wood frame and the exterior envelope is made of brick. An access hatch from a neighboring building provides access to the roof. The roof is made of asphalt-gravel dating from 2001. The work must be carried out within a maximum period of ten (10) consecutive weeks from the date confirmed for the start of the work in the letter of engagement. Bid bond 10% is required.
