These provisions shall apply to this contract, which is funded in whole or in part with federal funds 9 and state funds. 10 B. These provisions shall apply to the prime contractor and all subcontractors contracting to do all or part of the work under this contract. 11 C. The department shall administer this contract in accordance with all applicable federal regulations, state statutes and rules 14 , along with the plans, specifications and provisions, which are incorporated into and found elsewhere in this contract.
