Demolition and site work for a clubhouse / community center in Charleston, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the demolition of a clubhouse / community center; and for site work for a clubhouse / community center.
City of Charleston is soliciting bids from Contractors for all work associated with Ph. 1 disassembly of the Interior Liners only, of the Chimney Stacks at the St. Julian Devine Community Center. Bid & performance/payment bonding will be required. All questions prior to bid shall be submitted in writing via email to Project Coordinator. Do not contact Project Coordinator for the bid package. Sealed bids will be opened publicly at 823 Meeting St., Chas, SC. The goals for this Contract are a 20% combined MBE and WBE participation. These goals will be applied to the overall Contract.
