Description

Site work and renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Charleston, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; and for site work for a clubhouse / community center.

The City of Charleston is soliciting bids from all interested General Contractors for interior enchancements/renovations, and minor work to the exterior building envelope including minor tuck pointing, lintel replacements, minor brick replacements, concrete spall repairs and painting. Bid and performance/payment bonding will be required. CONSTRUCTION COST RANGE $ 750,000.00 - $ 1,000,000.00 All questions prior to bid shall be submitted in writing, via email, to boineste@charleston-sc.gov. Please do not contact the project manager for the bid package. All questions should be submitted in writing to the project manager by Thursday, October 3rd, 2019 by 4:00 pm
