**As of January 14, 2022, the owner has determined a prequalified list of construction managers. City of Charleston is soliciting qualifications from contractors/firms for Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services with expertise in pre-construction and construction of municipal facilities with emphasis on Fire Stations.
