Shortlist confirmed The City of Charleston is soliciting qualifications from interested contractors/firms for Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services with expertise in pre-construction and construction of municipal facilities with emphasis on Fire Stations. The most qualified firm as determined by selection committee may negotiate the initial scope of services (Phase I). Upon the successful completion Phase I, the City will have the option to expand the scope of services to include additional pre-construction and construction services required to fully construct the project for occupancy (Phase II). Phase I & II will be conducted in coordination with an Architect/Firm who will be selected under a separate contract.
