Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Quarryville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
GEIGER AVENUE AND BANK AVENUE IMPROVEMENTS - Project generally consists of reconstruction of 2,150 SY of roadway; reconstruction of 120 SY of parking lot; reconstruction of 80 SY of bituminous shoulder; and installation of two (2) storm water inlets, embankment protection, and restoration to areas disturbed by construction operations. Questions will be accepted until 4:00 P.M. prevailing time on Friday, May 21, 2021. All questions must be submitted through online and may only come from prime bidders. Bids must be on the forms furnished by the Owner. No bid will be considered unless it is accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid total. Such bid security shall be made payable to the Borough of Quarryville. The Contract will be subject to the Prevailing Minimum Wage Determination established by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Labor and Industry. The OWNER hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all Bidders, to reject any or all Bids and to waive any omissions, errors, or irregularities in any Bid.
