Only contractors who have, in Quebec or in a territory covered by an applicable intergovernmental agreement, an establishment where they carry out their activities on a permanent basis, clearly identified with their name and accessible during normal office hours, are eligible to tender. In addition, only bids from contractors holding the license required under the Building Act (LRQc B-1.1) will be considered. The bidding contractors are responsible for the choice of subcontractors both for their solvency and for the content of their bids. Quebec Office of Submissions.
