The infrastructure work in this call for tenders targets 3 future streets: Boulevard Mi-Vallon (from existing Mi-Vallon to Rene-Levesque); Rue Majorelle (from existing Majorelle to future Mi-Vallon); Rue Molinari (from existing Molinari to future Mi-Vallon); The addition of a sidewalk on Mi-Vallon Boulevard (between Mansourati Street and Marcel-Marcotte Street); The addition of a cycle path on Rene-Levesque Boulevard for approximately 35 meters (between Mi-Vallon Future Boulevard to the north). More specifically, the scope of this call for tenders includes, but is not limited to: deforestation; blasting; the installation of drinking water, sanitary sewer and storm sewer services, as well as the construction of connections and various required accessories; connecting the services offered to existing networks; the complete construction of the roadway including connections to existing streets; installation of foundation drains; the construction of curbs, bench sidewalks and a cement concrete pedestrian path; cleaning as well as leak-tightness and disinfection tests of new drinking water pipes; cleaning, checking pipes for deformation and television inspection of new sewer pipes; marking and signage; tree plantation; installation of decorative lighting; fence installation; complete renovation of the premises.
