Street improvements on West Garfield Street between South 4th Avenue and South Grand Avenue, including: removal and replacement of concrete curb and gutter, pedestrian ramps, concrete valley gutter, and storm drain inlets. The work shall also include cutting and patching existing asphalt, restoration of boulevard areas and other miscellaneous work. For this project, bids will only be received and accepted via the online electronic bid service through QuestCDN.
