Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Gastonia, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of July 30, 2021, this project has been awarded to Wharton-Smith, Inc. but the awarded amount is not yet available. The Project consists of construction of an 18.0 MGD quadraplex regional wastewater pump station including all sitework and on-site utilities, plus approximately 250 linear feet of offsite forcemain including a jack-and-bored road crossing. Bids will be received for a Single Prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. All questions for this project must be received by 5:00 p.m. on Monday May 17, 2021. A final addendum answering all additional questions will be distributed on Tuesday, May 18, 2021. Please email questions to bhouston@labellapc.com.
