Please submit questions to Cary Rodriguez by 1:00 pm, August 4, 2020 In order to accommodate the City removing the signal at S Trenton St and W Franklin Ave, this project will install a 5 monolithic concrete island, 1-6 curb and gutter, along W Franklin Blvd from S Trenton St to S Hill S. There is storm drainage, ada ramps, removal of existing pavement markings, new pavement markings, mountable temporary bolt down delineators, and traffic control.
