The Bid Form used shall be that provided as a part of the Bid Documents. B. Classifications: 1. Bids shall be submitted according to the following classification: a. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Certified Check, or Bid Bond, equal to 5% of the Bid, binding the Bidder to enter into contract. Within two weeks after contracts are signed the successful Bidder(s) shall provide a Performance and Payment Bond for the full amount of their Contract.
