Renovation of an educational facility in Brampton, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Sheridan is seeking quotations from qualified proponents to supply and delivery of Chillers, Cooling Towers, Pumps, Energy Transfer Station and Distribution Panels. included in the 'RFP 2319 Equipment Matrix' list, attached as a separate document with this RFP. This RFP is within the context of the State of Good Repair Project located at Davis Campus, 7899 McLaughlin Road, Brampton ON L6Y 5H9. Sheridan will be providing replacement and renovation to key areas of the B-wing and C-wing at Davis Campus and as such, is pre-purchasing long lead pieces of equipment to assist in maintaining the desired schedule. All equipment is to be delivered to Sheridan Davis Campus, to a location that will be coordinated with the designated Sheridan's project manager. The successful proponent will supply and delivery all equipment by no later than July 31, 2021. The supplied equipment installation and modifications will commence no later than June 2021 and shall be completed in its entirety by September 2021.
