The Agency intends to retain the services of a Consulting Engineering firm (Vendor) to undertake Condition Assessment of the Agency's Wastewater Pumping Stations. The Works will involve conducting visual inspections to assess the remaining life of the assets, their overall efficiency and reliability. In addition, the assessments would ascertain the extent of the required upgrades to meet current and future demands. The findings will be used to define capital costs and develop capital projects for assets requiring investments within the next ten (10) years. The assessment of existing forcemains is not included in this assignment. This procurement is issued in accordance with the terms of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), and other applicable trade agreements.
