Site work and paving for a civil project in Chino Hills, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The work comprises, but is not limited to: Mobilization; Traffic Control; full-width street 2-inch grind and 2-inch AC overlay; reconstruction of access ramp; adjustment of utility manholes, water valves and covers; restoration of striping, pavement markings, and legends. The Contractor shall possess a valid Class A or Class C12 Contractor's license at the time of submitting bids. It shall be mandatory, upon the contractor to whom the contract is awarded, and upon any subcontractor under him, to pay not less than the prevailing rate of wages as established by the City Council as they apply to the work being performed.
