John Loop in Coeur d'Alene Idaho. Currently, the lot is a vacant gravel parking lot, with a temporary storage shed at the north end of the lot. Phase II will consist of a paved parking lot with 64 +/- parking spaces (4 of which will be EV ready), with four additional stalls marked for ADA parking. The parking lot will have three islands that will have landscaping and lot lights with security cameras mounted to them. The outline of the parking lot will be landscaped with trees, shrubs, grasses, and a section of fence enclosing part of the Northwest section of the property. Phase II will include a 600 sq/ft +/- storage structure. The structure will have one garage door on the front as well as an attached carport that is screened in with a roll-up door on the front. There will be power and heat for the structure but no water or sewer. The interior of the structure will be an open concept with a large loft overhead for storage. The exterior of the structure will have perimeter lighting, along with security cameras. For all security cameras, your electrician will work with Access Unlimited for installation on the property.
