Generally, the project consists of an approximate 4500 SF remodel of the existing Winton Building on the North Idaho College Campus in Coeur d'Alene, ID. Scope generally includes demolition, new walls, cabinets, doors and hardware, painting, drywall, flooring, finish carpentry, ceilings, specialties, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other trades as necessary as indicated in the drawings and specifications. A Public Works Contractor License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work. All bids shall contain one of the following forms of bidder's security in an amount equal to 5% of the amount of the bid: (a) Cash, (b) Cashier's Check made payable to North Idaho College, (c) Certified Check made payable to, or (d) Bidder's Bond executed by a qualified surety company, payable to the North Idaho College.
