Renovation of a library in Des Moines, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
The Iowa Department of Administrative Services, Hoover State Office Building, Level 3, 1305 East Walnut Street, Des Moines, Iowa 50319 will be receiving bids for the restoration of gypsum board ceilings/walls, plaster, painting, and trim at the Ola Babcock Miller Building, Des Moines, IA 50319. Bidding Documents may be obtained from Beeline & Blue by visiting www.beelineandblue.com or by calling (515) 244-1611. The Iowa Department of Administrative Services anticipates construction to begin on July 6, 2021 and end on September 24, 2021. Bids shall be submitted on the Bid Form and shall be accompanied by a Bid Security as set forth in the Instructions to Bidders in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond, cashier's check or a certified check drawn upon a solvent bank chartered under the laws of the United States of America. The Iowa Department of Administrative Services reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive irregularities and to accept a bid that is deemed in the best interest of the State of Iowa.
