STRAFFORD HPER BUILDING – STRAFFORD R-VI SCHOOLS FOR: STRAFFORD R-VI SCHOOL DISTRICT The unified bids shall include all work included in the Contract Documents including, but not limited to the Civil, Structural, Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and General Scope of work for the project. The project consists of a 42,000 square foot pre-engineered metal building to contain and indoor turf practice facility with associated classrooms, offices, storage, and restrooms. Site work will include the development of the site, ramp, stairs, sidewalk, additional parking area, supporting site utilities, and associated stormwater improvements. Refunds will be considered assuming all bidding documents are received within fifteen days of the bid and returned in good condition (original bound and without missing pages). Partial sets of plans/specifications are non-refundable. Bidders will be limited to a maximum of three (3) sets. Bid documents may be shipped for a separate, non-refundable shipping cost of $100.00, which is in addition to the $100.00 deposit.
