The Strafford R-VI School District is requesting Statements of Qualifications from testing firms for Construction Materials Testing and Special Inspections for grant design, and construction administration services for a FEMA 361 Safe Room on the Middle School/High School Campus located in the City of Strafford, in Greene County, Missouri. The District has obtained grant funding for a FEMA Safe Room addition. This project and services are anticipated to be completed within the next 18 months. The tornado safe room will be built on the Middle School/High School Campus within the Strafford R-VI School District. The safe room may contain precast concrete, masonry, or other approved methods of construction. The Strafford R-VI School District reserves the right to reject any or all qualification submittals and to waive any informality and irregularity in the qualifications and to select the firm that is in the best interest of the District and in compliance with the terms set forth herein.
