Project: The Village of Loving in Eddy County will plan, design and construct a polishing pond in the Village of Loving, Latitude 32.298080 Longitude -104.089210. Polishing pond improvements consist of approximately: 15,145-CY excavation/embankment; 11,775-SY subgrade preparation; 78,872-SF 60-mil HDPE liner; 350-LF of 6-Inch sanitary sewer forcemain pipe tied-in to the existing forcemain, 69-LF of 10-Inch DIP effluent line with 10-Inch plug actuator valve, 6-Inch parshall flume with ultrasonic meter and electric service, 706-LF of 18-Inch land application line with overflow valves; 2 monitoring wells; erosion control and SW3P; mobilization and demobilization; construction staking; traffic control.
