The owner has decided to postpone this project until the first part of 2022. The scope of work includes: tuckpointing, brick and stone cleaning and sealing and brick replacement on ten of the districts buildings.
1. 100% tuck-pointing and cleaning of brick and limestone full height as indicated.
2. Spot tuck-pointing and cleaning of brick and stone as indicated
3. Replace broken, missing or spalled brick with matching units.
4. Remove and reinstall new anti-fowl tapes/devices following cleaning and sealing of copings and masonry.
5. Remove and replace all existing control and expansion joint sealant in areas of work.
6. Remove and replace all window and door perimeter sealants in areas of work.
7. Remove rust/scale/flaking paint from steel items, conduits and piping attached to walls within work areas. Prime and repaint.
8. Fill holes encountered in masonry walls with mortar if void is smaller than a brick; fill with bricks if same size or larger than a brick.
9. Reseal all pipe penetrations within work area with mortar or sealant as required.
