Renovation of sanitary blocks - Notre-Dame-de-la-Paix 042125945 ADDRESS: PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Complete renovation of two toilet blocks. Selective demolition, Replacement of all sanitary equipment. Construction of new partitions, new toilet partition, new doors, replacement of lighting, new ventilation unit, new vinyl tile covering and new paint. No other visit will be made and tenderers may not, under any circumstances, be on site at any time other than the date and time fixed for the site visit. Bidders are responsible for obtaining adequate information and assessing the nature and scope of the work, as well as for being aware of the places and conditions affecting the performance of the work. All bidders will be deemed to have visited the premises and no claim for lack of knowledge of the premises can be submitted or accepted. The owner does not agree to accept any of the bids received. Performance bond and materials and services of each corresponding 50% is required.
