Reference number : 1583163 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-03-31 Submission sent electronically accepted: No The OMHM is issuing a public call for tenders for the replacement of the ventilation systems at Habitations Simone-Léveillé located at 5630 boulevard Lasalle in the borough of Verdun in Montreal. 1.2 The project is to carry out all work in accordance with the contract documents. Without limitation, the scope of work includes the replacement of building ventilation units, bathroom hoods and fans. 1.3 The work will be carried out in an eleven (11) storey building comprising 150 dwellings intended for the elderly. 1.4 All dwellings will be occupied during the works. Bid bond 10% is required. Performance bond and materials and services of each corresponding 50% is required. award is subject to final approval.
