As of 6/25/2021 project was already awarded for $834,688.88. E. Ventura Avenue Improvements from S. Deane Duff Avenue to S. Francisco Street, City of Clewiston. The solicitation does not commit the City of Clewiston to award any contracts, to pay any costs incurred in the preparation of a response to this Invitation to Bid, or to contract for any services. The City reserves the right to reject any or all submittals received as a result of this solicitation, or to cancel in part or in its entirety this Invitation to Bid, if it is in the best interest of the City to do so. The City may re-procure at the discretion of the City Commissioners. All responses to the Invitation to Bid shall be subject to Florida Public Records Laws (FS 119) and Government in the Sunshine requirements. City of Clewiston is an Equal Opportunity Provider and Employer. The Contractor shall be expected to commence construction within fifteen (15) calendar days after the date of commencement, be substantially completed within one hundred twenty (120) calendar days from the date of commencement, and reach final completion within thirty (30) calendar days after Substantial Completion, a total of one hundred fifty (150) days, the Contract Time.
