The project consists of the following: - Removal of the existing asphalt within the alley followed by construction of a brick alley partially utilizing reclaimed bricks. - Installation of a dumpster and grease trap enclosure, decorative fencing, planter beds, string lighting, and outdoor seating. - Necessary restoration (including asphalt, driveway, sidewalk and curb replacement, seeding, plantings, erosion control, etc.) and other miscellaneous items required to restore the area to its original condition, or better. Bidders shall provide proof of qualifications, to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders, and complete the Best Bidder Information Form provided. All Bids must include payment of wages at prevailing wage rates pursuant to Ohio Revised Code (ORC), Section 4115- 15 and shall comply with the provisions, duties and obligations of ORC Section 4115.
