Furnish all labor, competent and experienced staff, equipment, tools, accessories, and materials required to demolish two existing air release valve vaults and replace one air release valve vault. Work includes, but is not limited to, coordinating and obtaining permitted access to two sites, completing delegated engineering for the bypass and shoring systems, bypassing flow from the 54-inch Knowlton Creek Forcemain using a hot tap / line stop bypassing system, demolishing two existing air release valve vault and associated appurtenances, constructing a new air release valve vault and associated appurtenances, installing cathodic protection provisions at two locations and restoring the sites .All bids must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bidder's bond payable to the Wes101051tern Lake Superior Sanitary District, as provided in the bidding documents. Said check and the amount thereof or the amount of bidder's bond will be forfeited as liquidated damages if the bidder furnishing the same neglects or refuses to promptly carry out said bid or enter into contract or bond if the same be required by WLSSD. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any irregularities, and to accept the bid deemed in the best interests of WLSSD. No bidder may withdraw his bid after the time established for receiving bids or before award and execution of the contract, unless award is delayed for a period exceeding sixty-one (61) calendar days.
