Each bidder shall possess a valid A and/or C-12 license at the time of bid submission and be registered with the DIR. All work performed for this project must be done by properly licensed and/or certified contractors/subcontractors. Provide all labor, materials, equipment, services, for the removal and replacement of asphalt in designated areas, per bid plans and specifications. Per California Labor Code Sec. 1720 et seq. the District mandates that all contractors comply with DIR general prevailing rates. No contractor or subcontractor shall be listed in a bid for a public work project unless registered with the DIR pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5 The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bid.
