Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Lakewood, California. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
The Water Replenishment District of Southern California (WRD or District) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced firms (also referred to as "Consultant" or "Proposer" herein) with the requisite expertise and experience in the design, manufacture and delivery of a pre-fabricated engineered metal building that will be assembled and installed by the District and its contractors to be used for the Maintenance Warehouse Building. The pre-fabricated engineered metal building must meet the requirements and specifications set forth in this RFP and be otherwise fit for the purposes noted herein. The District will select the Proposer with the lowest responsive cost proposal on the basis of WRD's judgment as to which proposal best serves WRD's interest.
