**As of February 16, 2023, project was awarded to Hazen and Sawyer but awarded amount is not available.**  The Project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, supplies and incidentals required to construct the following: One (1) five-nested groundwater monitoring wells (i.e. PM-07) and One clustered pilot test well requiring three separate boreholes each containing one well casing (i.e. PT-01a, PT-01b, and PT-01c). BIDS MUST BE SUBMITTED USING THE BID FORMS INCLUDED IN THE BID DOCUMENTS FOR THE BASELINE WATER QUALITY CHARACTERIZATION (PHASE I) FOR THE REGIONAL BRACKISH WATER RECLAMATION PROGRAM. Each Bid must be accompanied by a certified check drawn on a solvent bank, payable to the WRD, for an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total maximum amount Bid or by a satisfactory corporate surety bond for said amount and so payable, as a guarantee that the successful Bidder will within ten (10) days from the date of the award of the Contract, enter into a valid Contract with the WRD for said work in accordance with said Bid Documents. The successful Bidder will be required to submit performance and payment bonds with the Contract. A bond in the sum of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract price shall be furnished, guaranteeing the faithful performance of said Contract, and a bond in the sum of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract price shall be furnished for the protection of all laborers and materialmen. WRD reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any informality in any bid received, and to be the sole judge of the merits of the respective bids received. The award, if made, will be made to the lowest responsible bidder with the lowest evaluated bid amount as defined in the Diversity in Business and Local Business Preference Program Rules and Regulations.
