The Project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, supplies and incidentals required to construct the following in accordance with the Drawings and Technical Specifications, but not limited to: o Approximately 3,000 linear feet of recycled water pipeline consisting of primarily ductile iron pipe (DIP) and welded steel pipe ranging from 6 inches to primarily 24 inches (Base Bid shall be for non water-tight trench shoring system); o Approximately 1,900 linear feet of 4-inch spare conduit; o Approximately 51 linear feet of relocated 8-inch steel drain pipe; o Existing subsurface structure potholing, support and protection, including sewer and water house connections remodeling as needed; o Closed circuit television (CCTV) inspections of existing City of f Los Angeles sanitary sewer and storm drain systems in both pre- and post-construction. Main pipe appurtenances including 24-inch butterfly isolation valves and steel standpipes, direct-buried gate valves ranging from 6 inches to 16 inches, combination air valves, and blow-offs; o 15'-0" long by 18'-3" wide pressure reducing station valve vault and related work; o 8'-0" long by 12'-0" wide flow meter vault and related work; o 5'-0" long by 8'-0" wide flow meter vault and related work; o 8'-0" square valve vault and related work; o Pertinent vault vent and sump pump drain piping; o All work related to electrical and instrumentation and control (I&C) including conduits, pull boxes, power pole, instruments, panels, associated valve and meter electrical power and control equipment/systems including programmable logic controllers (PLC's) and supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) integration; o Galvanic cathodic protection system; o Hydrostatic pressure testing; o Startup, testing, and commissioning; o Traffic control and related work including temporary striping and restoration; o Excavation and dewatering o Asphalt concrete (AC) and Portland cement concrete (PCC) paving; and o Removal of interfering portions of existing pipes at the connections - approximately 12 linear feet of LADWP 20-inch DIP recycled water, 46 linear feet of LACDPW 18-inch asbestos cement pipe (ACP) GAP, and 43 linear feet of LACDPW 8-inch ACP drain.
