2021 Town Hall Toilet Renovations Lathing & Plastering, Tile, Painting, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical A. The project consists of the renovation and expansion of toilet rooms, with the removal and disposal of asbestos containing materials, lead paint and other hazardous materials at the Barnstable Town Hall in Hyannis, MA. B. The project includes the removal of ACM ceiling assemblies and replacement with new ceiling systems in the Assessor's Office and partial removals of existing ceilings and replacements with new in other rooms indicated, and removal and replacement of the unit ventilator in the assessors' office. C. Without limiting the Contract Documents, the work generally consists of: 1. Provide temporary protection of work areas and staging areas. 2. Removal and disposal of existing asbestos containing materials. 3. Removal and disposal existing restroom plumbing fixtures, finishes, wall claddings, ceilings, and flooring. 4. Reconstructing restrooms throughout to conform to new layouts for ADA/MAAB accessibility requirements including clearances, new accessible fixtures and nonaccessible fixtures, new accessible partitions and non-accessible partitions, and new accessible accessories and non-accessible accessories as indicated. 5. In addition, work under the Contract includes: a. All work on the Drawings and in the Specifications. b. Coordination and cooperation with the Owner on site. c. Providing all temporary protection and facilities.
