The City of Hot Springs Parks Department is accepting bids for supplying Rubber Mulch. Recycled rubber mulch 2000 lb. Super sack Color red Must be delivered within three weeks of issued Purchase Order Delivery address 236 Davidson Drive , Hot Springs, AR 71901 It is the intent of the City to award the contract to the lowest bidder, but the City reserves the right to award in the best interest of the City. The City of Hot Springs reserves the right to cancel this contract immediately upon written notice to the Contractor due to non-performance. If for any reason the Contractor is unable to fulfill the duties listed in the contract, staff may contact the company with the next lowest bid to fulfill the contract. The City of Hot Springs encourages the participation of Disadvantaged Business Enterprises, Minority-Owned Business Enterprises, and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (DBE/MBE/WBE) in its procurement process and seeks bids from such entities.
