ABid Security in the amount of 10% of the Base Bid shall be submitted with the Bid naming the owneras oblige. Bid Security shall be in the form of a Certified Check, Bank Cashier's Check, or a Bid Bond on a form provided by the Bidders and executed by a corporate surety qualified to do business in Pennsylvania. Prospective Bidders are advised that this project is subject to and will be governed by provisions of Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Bidders shall prepare their bids after giving consideration to the applicability of said Pennsylvania Wage Act to the work involved, and to all other laws and regulations, State or Federal, applicable to the project. The Cocalico School Board reserves the right to waive any informality, reject any or all bids. Prospective Bidders are advised that this project is subject to and will be governed by provisions of Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Such bond shall be executed on a form approved by the School District and shall be solely for the protection of the School District. All work shall be completed between July 2, 2021 and August 6, 2021.
