The Work will include, but will not necessarily be limited to, providing all equipment, materials, labor, supervision, and testing services for the Denver Community Pool Pickleball Court and Pathway project as further described in the Contract Documents. Final questions are due no later than 12:00 p.m. on October 3, 2025. A final addendum, if necessary, will be issued by 3:00 p.m. on October 6, 2025. Denver Borough reserves the right at its option to waive any informalities, irregularities, defects, errors or omissions in any or all of Bids and to accept or reject any or all parts of the Bids which in its judgment is in the best interest of the Borough.
