Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a bridge / tunnel in Denver, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the removal and replacement of a concrete box culvert bridge structure, and associated road, guiderail, and signage work. Interested bidders must register at the PennBID website to obtain all project documents and submit or update their bids online. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond for 10% of the total bid, issued by a surety licensed in Pennsylvania. Questions regarding the project must be submitted online via PennBID by the specified deadline; questions received after the deadline will not be acknowledged. Required documents for submission include Bid Bond, Non-Collusion Affidavit, Workmen's Compensation Affidavit, Non-Discrimination Affidavit, Public Works Employment Verification Form, and completion of required templates for acknowledgments and bid tables. Only online submitted bids will be considered. This contract is subject to Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, OSHA, Pennsylvania Act 229 of 2002, Pennsylvania One Call Act, Pennsylvania Human Relations Act 222, and relevant non-discrimination and contract compliance regulations. The Township reserves the right to reject or accept any or all bids and may re-advertise as it deems necessary. Question Deadline 05/26/2026 at 4:00 PM ET
