Single chip-seal over (cold mix) blacktop, using hot oil and 5/16 inch 100% fractured aggregate. o An approx. ~10,560 feet length by 22' width portions* of Pleasant Ridge Road. Single chip-seal over cold-mix blacktop, using hot oil and 5/16 inch 100% fractured aggregate. (* this job is for two one-mile segments: one mile from Hill Corner Rd. to the east Town line; and one mile from the north Town line continuing south & west to approx. the W15575 fire number. o The ~1,585 feet (~0.3 mile) portion of Sunrise Point Road, from Sugar Bay Road going north and east to terminus. Double chip-seal over gravel, with final grade before sealing, using hot oil and 5/16 inch 100% fractured aggregate. Grader is available. (NOTE: road width narrows from 22' to just 10'). A certificate of insurance is required. The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids/ proposals, waive any informalities in the bidding process, and to accept the bid/proposal deemed most advantageous to the Town.
