Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Chetek, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
As of November 14, 2025, the project was awarded to Market & Johnson - Headquarters but the awarded amount is not available. 1. Building sized to fit complete concrete tank foundation. 2. Structure must be installed over operational tanks (tanks cannot be taken out of service). 3. Building must incorporate existing piping and railings (some pipes enter over foundation). 4. Building must be furnished with exhaust fans with a minimum of 10,000 CFM (wiring by others). 5. Building must be furnished with a minimum of 6 man walk service doors, 1 at each entry point. 6. Materials used must be corrosion resistant. 7. Lighting to be done by others. 8. Site location is 399 Gotham Dr Chetek, WI 54728. 9. Foundation plans available upon request. This work shall be subject to minimum wages and labor standards for the State of Wisconsin in effect at the time of bidding. All bids shall be addressed to the City of Chetek and marked accordingly. The City of Chetek reserves the right to waive any formalities in preparation of the bid and reject any or all bids.
